They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic products.

Policies (RTS Labs)

These policies apply to all orders placed with RTS Labs (Retro Tide Science).

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are reviewed for availability and compliance prior to fulfillment.

  • Orders move to fulfillment only after payment is received and verified.

  • RTS Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Processing time: typically [same day / 1–2 business days] after payment confirmation.

  • Tracking is provided once a shipping label is generated and the order is prepared for carrier pickup.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to delays outside our control.

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. RTS Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive and research-only nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before a shipping label is created or the order is dispatched. Once a label is generated, the order is considered in processing and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to fulfillment error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and product(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

If verified, RTS Labs may provide, at our discretion:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit

Carrier handling: Damage caused by the carrier may require a carrier claim. We will assist where possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact the carrier first and then email us.

  • RTS Labs is not responsible for theft after delivery or packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will work with you to review options.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.
Unresolved or fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and communicate with you:

  • Name, shipping address, email, phone number

We do not sell or share customer information for marketing purposes. Payment details are handled through approved methods and are not stored on our website servers.
