Retro Tide Science Partner Program — Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in the Retro Tide Science Partner Program (the “Program”) operated by Retro Tide Science (“we,” “us”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and to our site Terms of Service.

1. Enrollment

• Applications are reviewed individually. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion and without stated cause.
• On approval you receive a personal promo code and access to a partner dashboard. Your code is personal — it may be shared with your audience, but the account may not be transferred or sold.
• You must be 21 years of age or older and able to receive payments lawfully in your jurisdiction.

2. Research-use acknowledgement

• You acknowledge that all products offered in the Retro Tide Science catalog are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use of any kind.
• You further acknowledge that no product in this catalog is a drug, food, supplement, or cosmetic, and nothing you publish in connection with the Program may state or imply otherwise.

3. Commissions

• Your commission rate is 15% of the product subtotal of each attributed order — calculated after discounts, before shipping and tax. Item-level refunds reduce the commissionable amount; fully refunded, cancelled, or failed orders pay nothing.
• An order is attributed to you when your promo code is applied at checkout. Self-referrals (orders placed by you or to your own email/account) are not commissionable.
• Commission rates and the buyer discount attached to your code (10%) may be adjusted prospectively with notice; changes never apply retroactively to orders already placed.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are made on a monthly cadence, covering commissions on orders that have completed.
• Commissions are paid on a monthly cadence to the payout method you provide on file, and each payout is recorded against your dashboard balance.
• You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. We may require a tax form (e.g., W-9) before releasing payment where applicable.

5. Marketing conduct — the binding standard

This section is a material condition of the Program.

• No health or outcome claims, ever. You may not state or imply that any product affects any aspect of human or animal health, physiology, body composition, appearance, performance, or well-being in any way. This applies to every framing — direct statements, hedged language, personal anecdote, hashtags, and implication by imagery — and no disclaimer licenses such a claim.
• Research-use framing is mandatory. Any description of the catalog must present products as laboratory research materials. When in doubt, use the supplied promo kit verbatim — it is pre-approved.
• No personal-use content. Do not depict, describe, or imply personal use of any product, and do not publish preparation, quantity, or administration guidance of any kind.
• No testimonials about physical results, whether yours or anyone else’s, and no result-comparison imagery or progress-style content.
• No spam. No unsolicited bulk email or messaging, no comment spam, no purchased traffic to your link without our written consent, and no bidding on our brand terms in paid search.
• No misrepresentation. Do not present yourself as our employee or agent, alter the promo kit’s compliance language, or make claims about testing, purity, or documentation beyond what our site itself states.

Violations terminate the account and forfeit unpaid commissions. We review affiliate content periodically; a single material violation of this section is grounds for immediate termination, removal of your code, and forfeiture of any accrued, unpaid commission balance.

6. Term and termination

• Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, suspected fraud (including self-referral or coupon abuse), or conduct that harms the brand.
• On termination other than for violation of Section 5, earned commissions on completed orders are paid out on the next regular payout date.

7. General

• The Program is governed by the same law and venue as our Terms of Service.
• We may update these terms; continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
• These terms, together with the site Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement covering the Program.
